等离子表面合金化制备抗菌不锈钢及其组织与性能

         

摘要

Plasma surface alloying technology was used to prepare Cu-Ni alloyed layer on 304 stainless steel. The surface morphology, composition, phase, antibacterial property and corrosion resistance of the stainless steel were studied. The results show that fairy uniform granulate morphology was found on stainless steel surface, and a alloy layer with thickness of 6. 5 μm and copper contents of 2. 5wt% was obtained. The alloy layer was mainly composed of austenite phase γcu. The stainless steel after alloying exhibited excellent antibacterial effects, over 99. 6% of S. aureus and over 99.9% of E. eoli were killed, and had good corrosion resistance.%采用等离子表面合金化技术对304不锈钢进行表面铜镍合金化处理,制备了抗菌不锈钢;并对其表面形貌、成分、物相以及抗菌性能、耐腐蚀性能进行了研究。结果表明:合金化后,不锈钢表面呈现较均匀的颗粒状形貌,形成了厚度约6.5μm且铜质量分数约为2.5%的合金层;合金层中存在含铜的奥氏体相γcu;表面合金化不锈钢对金黄色葡萄球菌及大肠杆菌的抗菌率分别超过了99.69/6和99.9%,且具有良好的耐腐蚀性。
