一种储罐底板漏磁检测小车的控制系统硬件设计

         

摘要

In viewing of the surface condition and structural characteristics of tank floors and the environmental characteristics of storage tank, the design of a automatic MFL(magnetic flux leakage) inspection system for tank floors is developed, which takes the MC9S12XS128 microcontroller as the main controller and collects the laser distance sensors as the position detecting device. The paper mainly introduced the structure of the automatic inspection cart and the hardware circuit structure. The experiments are carried out to test if the car can walk along the plan path. The experimental results prove the correctness and effectiveness of the control system. Theoretical analysis and experimental research show that the automatic MFL inspection cart can walk along with the plan path automatically together with the excitation device and the detect probe, which improves the detection efficiency, reduces the labor intensity and further promoted the safe operation of the oil storage and transportation in our country.%针对储罐底板的表面情况和结构特征以及储罐的环境特征,设计了一种基于MC9S12XS128单片机的储罐底板自动化检测小车,以MC9S12XS128单片机为主控制器,采用激光距离传感器作为定位检测装置,主要介绍了检测小车机械结构和硬件电路结构,并对检测小车沿规划路径行走进行了实验,验证了该控制系统的可行性和正确性。理论分析和实验证明,储罐底板自动化检测小车能够携带励磁装置和检测探头在储罐底板上沿规划路径自动行走,提高了检测效率,降低了劳动强度,进一步推动了石油储运的安全运行。
