Based on three-dimensional structure of CNC FSW, the length compensation model of the mixing head has been developed, the calculating formula for length compensation and the coordinate transformation relations have been given.%根据已研制的三维数控焊搅拌摩擦焊机结构,研究了搅拌头长度补偿模型,给出了搅拌头长度补偿计算公式及坐标转换关系.
