Al2O3刀具车削NbC/Fe粉末冶金复合材料时的磨损

         

摘要

通过对Al2O3/(W,Ti)C陶瓷刀片车削NbC铁基粉末冶金复合材料的试验研究,探讨了刀具的主要磨损形式,分析了复合材料中增强相含量和材料密度以及切削参数等因素对刀具磨损的影响.结果表明:陶瓷刀具不会发生严重的磨粒磨损,刀具的高脆性及硬质颗粒的剧烈刮擦、冲撞引起的切削刃微崩和剥落磨损是刀具磨损的主要原因;工件材料增强相含量越高,对刀具的磨损越大;在相对密度大于90.3%的范围内,材料密度对刀具磨损的影响不太显著,当密度进一步降低时,刀具磨损率迅速下降;切削速度越高、背吃刀量越大、进给量越小,刀具磨损越快;此外,切削速度对刀具磨损的影响最显著,而进给量对刀具磨损的影响最小.%Major wear forms of cutting tool was discussed by experiment study of A12O3 ceramic tools turning NbC/ Fe P/M composite, influence of reinforcement content, material density, cutting parameter and other factors on tool wear was analyzed. Result shows that severe abrasive wear doesn't appear at ceramic tools. Micro-collapse and spalling wear caused by high brittleness of tool, severe scratching and collide were the main reason of tool wear. Higher the reinforcement phase content of workpiece, greater the wear on the tool. At the relative density range of greater than 90. 3% , the material density of the tool wear was not significant. When the density further decreased, the tool wear rate decreased rapidly. The higher the cutting speed, The larger cutting back depth. The smaller the feed rate, the faster the tool wear. In addition, the cutting speed had the most significant influence on the tool wear, but the feed rate did the least impact.
