According to the load conditions and structure of the clasp, the finite element model ( FEM) of which is established by means of finite element method. Then, based on the static and modal analysis of the clasp, the contours of von stress and displacement, the first four natural frequencies, mode shapes and modal displacement contours of the clasp are presented. In addition, the global sensitivity analysis of the important design parameters is analyzed. Finally, the overall quality minimum of the clasp is taken as an objective, the optimal values of important design parameters are determined and the structure of clasp suitable for engineering application requirements is obtained.%针对卡环承载状况和结构特点,运用有限元优化设计方法,建立了卡环的有限元分析模型,进行了静态和模态分析,分别给出了卡环等效应力和位移云图,卡环前4阶固有频率、相应振型描述和模态位移云图,并对其重要设计参数进行了全局灵敏度分析.在此基础上,以卡环整体质量最小为目标,确定了重要设计参数的最优值,最终得到符合工程应用要求的卡环结构形状.
