A new kind of harmonic drives test system for space environment is introduced in this paper.In the system, a torsion bar is used as the load component.The elastic deformation of the torsion bar is controlled by the twin servo motors in the two ends of torsion bar, which the torque load on the system can be achieved.The electronic measurement and control system has a visual human-machine interface and is easy to operate, in which the industrial control computer is the control center and the producing process of torque is controlled by PMAC.The eight different experiments can be automatically carried out.This system has some prominent advantages such as high precision, high automation and strong environment adaptability.%介绍所研制的一种新型的适于模拟空间环境下的谐波传动试验台--双伺服扭杆加载谐波传动试验台.该试验台采用扭杆作为加载构件,通过扭杆两端的两台伺服电动机控制扭杆的弹性变形,实现扭矩加载;电子测控系统以工控机为控制中心,以PMAC控制扭矩加载,具有简明易用的可视化人机界面;可以实现8种系统特性的自动检测;具有精度高、自动化程度高、环境适应性强等特点.
