新型转子叶片装配辐射线偏差测量方法

摘要

This is a new method of the deviation measurement for blade assembly radiation of steam turbine rotor, which could be applicable for the radiated deviation measurement of the blade assembly by locking plate and grooving type steam turbine rotor, and it is realized by a new deviation measurement tool. The new measurement method changes the installation position of traditional measurement tool, which has advantages of little volume and high accuracy, the problem that radiated deviation of sub low pressure blade for the low pressure rotor can't be measured could be solved by the method.%此新型汽轮机转子叶片装配辐射线偏差测量方法,适用于汽轮机转子锁片槽形式叶片装配的辐射线偏差测量,是通过设计一种新型的辐射线偏差测量工具来实现的.此方法改变传统辐射线量具安放位置,新量具体积小,测量精度高,解决了大型汽轮机低压转子次末级叶片辐射线偏差无法测量的问题.
