FANUC系统用户自定义软操作开关功能的实现

摘要

设定FANUC系统的用户自定义软开关,实现数控机床操作面板上不具备、但生产过程中又需要的功能,如DNC加工、手动绝对值、手轮中断、卡盘内卡/外卡等功能,避免了重新设计、改造机床操作面板的弊端.该方法在数控机床中具有较大的推广应用价值.%Set FANUC CNC system user - defined soft switches, achieve the function needed in the production process, but CNC machine operator's panel does not have,such as the DNC operation,manual absolute, manual handle and chuck internal clamp/external clamp. It avoids the drawbacks of redesign and transforms the machine operator's panel. This method has a greater application value in CNC machine tools.
