PURPOSE: A method for simulating a FANUC custom macro program is provided to identify the FANUC custom macro program, through a simulation of tool operations moved by instructions of the program on a computer screen, which is far away from machine tools processed by the tool operations before processing the program. CONSTITUTION: A FANUC custom macro program file is inputted in a machine tools controller. An interpreter identifies machinery operations of a FANUC custom macro program. A method for simulating the FANUC custom macro program comprise the steps of: receiving the inputted FANUC's custom macro program file to interpret a tool path of the machine tools, and displaying the tool path watched from four directions on one screen; cutting off an image completed by the custom macro program to cross sections(X-Y, Y-Z) to identify the image; receiving tool information built on the machine tools through a communication line, and confirming an image processed by the compensated tool path in a place where is far away from the machine tools.
