高速直线电动机驱动进给轴热行为测试研究

         

摘要

This study investigated a high speed feed drive system equipped with linear motor, which was developed by ourselves. The heat distribution and thermal deformation characteristics of the closed—loop control feed drive system were analyzed qualitatively. It was shown that the thermal deformation of direct linear drives includes thermal expansion of the linear scale, pitch angle error of the guide and thermal deformation of the slide. Meanwhile, the experimental scheme and procedure, using thermocouples, laser interferometer and capacitance gage, were determined. The heat distribution and thermal deformation characteristics of direct linear drives were measured. The factors and its proportions of thermal deformation were verified through experiments on the test rig.%以自构建的直线电动机驱动高速进给轴为研究对象,对全闭环位置反馈进给轴的温度场分布和热变形特性进行了定性分析,指出直线进给轴的几何热变形可以分为光栅尺线性变形、导轨的轴向俯仰角度误差变形和滑台变形3个部分组成,探讨给出进给轴温度测量以及基于激光干涉仪、电容测微仪的变形测量原理及方案,在自构建的直线进给轴试验台上,对该热变形过程进行了综合测试研究,测试结果客观反映了导致直线进给轴热变形误差的组合要素及其所占比例.
