桥式车铣加工中心横梁的设计研究

         

摘要

In this paper, the model of the beam which is the main mobile piece of the bridge turn-milling center is set up and its dynamic analysis is made based on the finite element method. And the influence on dynamic characteristics when the different muscle board layouts adopted by the beam is studied based on the size and type of relative deformation of the vibration mode, not only the good dynamic performance was possessed, but also the structure was got optimized and the high accuracy of this machine was ensured.%利用有限元方法对桥式车铣加工中心的主要移动件—横梁进行了建模和动态分析,并依据振动模态相对变形的大小和形式,研究比较了当横梁采用不同的筋板布局对其动态特性的影响,使设计后的横梁不但具有较好的动态性能,而且结构得到了优化,保证了该机床的高精度.
