交流异步伺服系统在重型卧车上的应用开发

             

摘要

目前国内普通重型卧车设备存在提升性能,简化机械和操作的多方面要求.交流异步伺服控制系统,可以实现对异步电动机的高性能伺服控制,完全满足重型卧车简化机械设计、提升性能的要求.同时,时光交流伺服系统所具有内置的PLC功能,可以实现多台联合对整个重型卧车系统的控制,尤其是脉冲同步功能,使得重型卧车的各个轴实现电气联动成为可能,不但成功简化了原有重型卧车的机械设计,而且拓展了重型卧车的功能,实现了定长加工、直线插补、螺纹加工以及恒线速切削等一系列功能.%At present, there are regular heavy horizontal lathe to improve performance, streamline operations and simplify various mechanical requirements. AC induction servo control system,can achieve high-performance induction motor servo control,fully meet the heavy horizontal lathe simplify the mechanical design, to enhance the performance requirements. Meanwhile, the time AC servo systems with built-in PLC function, can achieve more than one joint of the heavy horizontal lathe, especially pulse synchronization, making the heavy horizontal lathe to achieve electrical linkage in all axis possible, not only to simplify the success of the original mechanical design of heavy horizontal lathe, and extends the functionality of heavy horizontal lathe, to achieve a series functions of fixed-length processing, linear interpolation, thread processing and the constant speed cutting etc.
