This thesis researches the critical speed of rotation for the ball screws used in the advanced equipment manufacturing. Based on the theory of rotor dynamics and the running mechanism of ball screws, we can build the mechanical model of axis element of ball screw and use the Riccati transfer function matrix to research the critical speed of rotation. Afterwards we can get the change of critical speed with the translation of nut when the ball screws running in the high speed.%针对高端装备制造业对滚珠丝杠副转速不断增长的要求,研究了滚珠丝杠副临界转速问题.基于转子动力学理论,根据滚珠丝杠副的运行机理,建立了滚珠丝杠副轴系单元力学模型,运用分布质量模型的Riccati传递函数矩阵法,展开对滚珠丝杠副临界转速问题的研究,进而得出滚珠丝杠副在高速运转过程中,临界转速随螺母移动变化情况.
