精密卧式主轴设计研究

摘要

以HMS63型卧式加工中心主轴的设计为例,讲述主轴的设计过程,详细阐述了主轴的结构设计以及相关的理论计算.通过机床样机试验结果证明,该主轴的结构设计是合理的、设计方法是切实可行的.%The article introduces design process of spindle lor design of spindle of horizontal machine center HMS63 as an example. It elucidates detailed configuration design of spindle and theory calculating of it. Configuration design of spindle is testified reasonable and design method of it is testified feasible by test result of the machine.
