全自动数控多轴排钻集成系统的研究

     

摘要

Woodworking machinery automatic drill mechanical systems includes the multi-row vertical driller, multi -row bottom vertical driller, level driller, positioning and pressing device and the transmission device. After study of mechanical structure and the transmission of a new of multi-axis driller,to standardize the production processes and process, design CNC system for multi-axis driller with automatic adjustment and fast accurate positioning drilling function, the CAD drilling process planning software innovation, the formation of a new generation of fully automatic CNC multi-axis driller. Application of digital information technology, drilling information in the CAD mode rendering, editing, and analysis capabilities on device, with stand-alone and networked control mode, real-time monitoring of equipment status, alarm information and troubleshooting, so that a new generation of automatic CNC multi-axis row drill system to achieve high-speed, efficient, automated operation.%木工机械全自动排钻机械系统包括多排垂直钻、多排立钻、左右水平钻、定位压料装置以及输送传动装置等.通过对新一代多轴排钻的机械结构及传动系统的研究,把生产流程、加工工艺规范,设计出具有全自动调整、快速定位准确钻孔功能的多轴排钻专用数控系统、排钻CAD钻孔工艺规划软件等自主创新技术,形成新一代全自动数控多轴排钻.应用数字化信息化技术,在设备上实现CAD模式下的钻孔信息绘制、编辑、分析功能,具备单机和联网控制模式,能实时监控设备状态、报警信息和故障处理,使新一代全自动数控多轴排钻系统实现高速、高效、自动化运行.
