利用磨削火花辅助测评产品加工质量

     

摘要

The outer diameter of the bearing tapered roller grinding is carried out on the grinding machine,its processing mode is a large batch of continuous operation.Under ordinary conditions,the quality control of the machining process is to use the method of sampling inspection of instruments to measure the workpiece to be machined,quality sampling throughout the entire process,if the normal product can achieve the exemption criteria,the roller in each unit is connected with the material to meet the requirements of the bearing assembly tolerance.But with the dynamic change of machining condition and the consumption of grinding wheel,even the use of new automatic compensation technology of machine tools may not be able to meet the needs that processing and quality requirements can be stable conditions,a slight negligence substandard products will appear in batches,at this time if you have the basic knowledge of the production and change of grinding sparks,it is helpful to measure and control the quality of the products and to prevent the mixture.With observation of the variation of grinding sparks,roller quality situation of intuitive is grinding operation,timely adjust the relevant auxiliary workers installed of centerless grinder so as to achieve the purpose of controlling product quality timely,which is a kind of brand-new train of thought,the view point needs to be discussed.%轴承圆锥滚子的外径磨削加工是在无心磨床上进行的,其加工模式属大批量连续作业.通常状况下,其加工过程的质量控制是采用仪器仪表抽样检查的方法来测量被磨削工件,质量抽检贯穿于整个加工流程,如果正常时的产品可以达到免选标准,即在每个单元接料装盘中的滚子相互差符合轴承配套装配公差的工艺要求.但随着机床加工条件的动态变化和砂轮的消耗,即使利用新式自动补偿技术的机床也未必能满足加工不断变化而质量要求能够稳定的条件,稍有疏忽不合格产品就会批量出现,这时假若具备磨削火花产生和变化判断的基本常识,对于产品质量的测评和控制以及防止混料是大有帮助的.凭借观察磨削火花变化规律,直观正在磨削运行中的滚子质量概况,适时调整无心磨床的各相关辅助工装从而达到及时控制产品质量的目的,这是一种全新的思路,观点也只是一种尝试,正确与否值得商榷.
