为了实现机床电主轴在工作过程中不停机主动平衡,设计了一种电磁平衡装置,将其集成到电主轴前端,形成了新的自平衡电主轴.为了研究该新型电主轴的热特性,建立了其三维有限元模型,计算了生热率和换热系数,确定了热载荷和边界条件,完成了自平衡电主轴整机三维稳态温度场分析,获得了温度分布云图.重点研究了平衡头安装、通电和主轴转速对自平衡电主轴温升的影响,根据分析结果确认了自平衡电主轴受平衡头和转速影响规律,对所提出的新型自平衡电主轴热学设计和散热优化提供了基础.%In order to achieve the online active balancing of machine tool motorized spindle in process,an electromagnetic balancing device was designed and integrated into the front end of spindle to form the new self -balancing spindle.In order to study the thermal performance of new-type spindle,its three-dimension finite element model was built,and the heat generation rate and heat transfer coefficient were calculated to determine the thermal load and boundary condition.Based on the above work,the three-dimension steady-state temperature field analysis of whole self-balancing motorized spindle was performed and the temperature field distribution cloud picture was obtained.Influence of balancer and spindle speed on the temperature rise of self-balancing motorized spindle was mainly studied,and the influence law is established according to the analysis results.The work provides the base for the thermal design and optimization of the newly proposed self-balancing motorized spindle.
