FANUC 0i-D CNC机床与机器人的组合应用

摘要

在电机外壳加工生产线上,通过配置FANUC 0i-MD系统的立式加工中心、FANUC 0i-TD系统的数控车床以及FANUC机器人的组合应用,大幅提高了数控加工效率.设计了机器人自动上下料机构及加工成品自动码放机构,分析了FANUC机器人与数控机床的接口应用技术以及FANUC机器人与三菱PLC的CC-LINK总线通讯技术.%In the motor shell processing production line,the efficiency of NC machining is greatly improved by combination application of vertical machining center configured with FANUC 0i-MD system,CNC lathe configured wih FANUC 0i-TD system and FANUC robot.Design the automatic feeding mechanism and automatic palletizing robot mechanism processing products.Analyze the interface application technology of FANUC robot and CNC machine and the CC-LINK bus communication technology of FANUC robot and MITSUBISHI PLC.
