The seal performance and its affecting factors of the dual-channel static seal structure of space station airproof cabin are introduced. Measuring principles of several leakage test methods on dual-channel seal structure are given. Advan- tages and disadvantages of each leakage test method are analyzed. A method of leakage test which satisfies the needs I of dual-channel seal structure is put forward. Theoretical analysis and experimental verification results show that this method can distinguish whether the dual-channel seal structure is leaking from the inner ring or the outer ring. The leakage detection sensitivity can satisfy the requirements of in orbit space station leakage test.%介绍了空间站密封舱双道密封结构特点和影响密封性能的因素,给出了几种常用双道密封结构泄漏检测方法的原理,并对不同检测方法的优缺点进行了分析和比较,在此基础上提出了一种适用于未来空间站双道密封结构的泄漏检测方法,并进行了理论分析和试验验证。结果表明该方法能够区分出双道密封结构是内密封圈泄漏还是外密封圈泄漏,检漏灵敏度可以满足空间站在轨泄漏检测要求。
