基于液态金属的锁紧/解锁装置在空间展开机构中的应用

     

摘要

针对空间可展开机构中使用爆炸螺栓有明显冲击振动缺点的问题,基于液态金属合金材料熔点较低、合金成分可调、材料性质可设计的特性,提出了将液态金属应用于空间可展开机构的锁紧/解锁装置设计中.初步设计了一种锁紧/解锁机构,对设计的机构进行了仿真失效分析,指出该机构在低于2300 N承载力下有着较好的锁紧能力;设计了拉伸承力试验,得到可承受的拉伸应力会大于19.2 MPa的结论,且设计了对锁紧/解锁装置的加热试验,该试验证明机构可顺利解锁.由此初步得出了液态金属可以在空间可展开机构上得到应用的结论,为液态金属在进一步的实际工程应用中提供参考.%The defect of the explosive bolt is the obvious impact on the space deployable mecha-nism. Based on the feature of low melting point, adjustable alloy composition and material property of the liquid metal alloy, the application of liquid metal in the design of the space deployable mecha-nism was proposed. The corresponding locking/unlocking device was designed and the failure proba-bility of the design was analyzed by simulation. It was found that the device had better locking capa-bility when then load was smaller than 2300 N. The tensile experiment was conducted and the results showed that the tensile stress was greater than 19. 2 MPa. The heating test of the locking/unlocking device was also designed and the test results showed that the mechanism could be unlocked successful-ly. It was concluded that the liquid metal could be applied in the space deployable mechanism, which may provide reference for further application of the liquid metal in engineering practice.
