耦合原料气预热的Sabatier固定床反应器拉偏试验研究

         

摘要

The CO2 reduction is one of the key technologies of the life-support system in long duration manned space flight.The reactor is the hard core of the CO2 reduction system.Sabatier reaction was tested under the H2/CO2 ratio from 1 ∶ 1 to 5 ∶ 1 and the flow rate of feed gas between 2.0~ 8.0 L/min in a Sabatier fixed-bed reactor coupled with feed gas preheating filled with Ru/Al2 O3 catalysts.The reaction was started successfully at 150 ℃,and the distribution of temperature steps in the reactor was regular under different conditions.The conversion of the lean component reached above 98% except for the ratio of H2 to CO2 (4∶1).The configuration of the Sabatier fixed-bed reactor coupled with feed gas preheating was reasonable,and the activity of Ru/Al2O3 catalysts was high.The favorable performance was achieved for a crew size of 2~4 persons in the cabin.%CO2还原是长期载人航天中生命保障系统的关键技术,针对作为CO2还原系统核心的反应器及其中的催化剂的效率问题,在耦合原料气预热的Sabatier固定床反应器和Ru/Al2O3催化剂上,在宽范围的原料气氢碳比(1∶1~5∶1)和流量(2~8 L/min)工况下,进行了Sabatier 反应拉偏试验,结果表明:反应的起动温度为150℃,在不同原料气流量和氢碳比下,反应器温度梯度分布合理,贫组分的转化率达到98%以上(氢碳比4:1除外).耦合原料气预热的Saba-tier固定床反应器结构合理,Ru/Al2O3催化剂活性高,能够高效处理舱室中2~4人的代谢量.
