控制机制对组织能力的影响路径研究——基于组织情境视角的实证检验

     

摘要

Organizational adaption and alignment capability are the most important topic in organization theory and strategic management fields. The paper categorizes the control mechanism as strategic control mechanism and financial control mechanism, introduces them into the study of organizational capability, and explores their influence on different organizational capability, and tests the mediating role of organizational contexts between control mechanism and organizational capability. The findings illustrate that strategic control mechanism can't improve adaption capability directly, and financial control mechanism can't affect alignment capability directly, and they must influence organizational capability through mediating role of organizational performance management context and social relation context. Specifically, trust context mediates the relationship between strategic control mechanism and adaptation capability, and support context does not take mediating role between them. Discipline context mediates the relationship between financial control mechanism and alignment capability, stretch doesn't take mediating role. Finally, theoretical contribution, managerial implication and future direction are discussed.%组织在适应性和协作性方面所展现的能力,一直是组织理论和战略管理领域关注的问题之一。本研究尝试探讨战略控制和财务控制两种不同的控制机制与组织能力之间的关系.并基于组织情境的视角,具体剖析不同维度的情境状态在控制机制与组织能力之间的中介作用.以深化对控制机制影响组织能力路径的认识。通过本文的研究得出以下结论:战略控制机制、财务控制机制都不直接作用于组织适应性能力和协作性能力的提升,而须通过组织情境的中介作用发生影响。具体而言.战略控制机制可以完全通过信任情境的中介作用而提升组织适应性能力。但支持情境并不承担中介作用;财务控制机制可完全通过纪律情境的中介作用而提升组织的协作性能力,但拓展情境也不在其中承担中介作用。最后讨论了本研究的主要贡献、实践意义以及未来的研究方向。
