“四经”“五谈”医疗纠纷处理模式的应用

     

摘要

本文从医疗纠纷处理实践中总结出了一套较为系统的医疗纠纷处理模式,使纠纷处理系统化、流程化,取得了很好的效果。首先,分析了当前医疗纠纷的形势,其次,简要阐述了各种纠纷处理模式及其差异。最后,结合医院处理医疗纠纷的实际情况,系统地提出了处理医疗纠纷的四个经过和针对当事医务人员的五个约谈机制,肯定了此种纠纷处理模式的效果,对更好地处理医疗纠纷具有一定的借鉴意义。%This article summed up a set of systematic medical dispute resolution model from the practice of medical dispute.It made the medical dispute process systematic and flow and has achieved very good results. At first, It analyzed the current situation of medical disputes. Secondly,It briefly described various disputes processing modes and their differences. At last,It systematically put forward the medical dispute resolution model of four processes and five conversations aimed at the medical staff combined with the actual situation of the hospital to deal with medical disputes. It affirmed the effect of this dispute processing mode, and it pointed out that it had certain significance to deal with medical disputes in a certain way.
