河南省粮食生产分析与能力提升对策

摘要

河南省是产粮大省,其粮食生产对国家粮食安全有着举足轻重的作用。文章对河南省粮食产量的现状与动态进行了分析,指出河南省粮食总产量的变化呈上升态势,总结出科技和政策是粮食单产和总产增长的重要因素,并在分析影响粮食生产能力因素的基础上,提出了强化粮食科技支撑、增加粮食财政投入、激发粮食生产动力、保障粮食生产者利益等对策措施,以期为河南省粮食增产提供理论依据。%Henan province is a major grain production province and it plays a vital role in the national food security.Through analysis of the status and dynamic state of grain production in Henan province,the total grain output showed a rising trend.The growth of total grain output and grain yield per unit area relies more and more on technology and policy.On the basis of analysis of factors affecting food production,countermeasures were put forward,i.e.,raising grain production capability rely on scientific and technological progress,increasing financial investment,boosting the enthusiasm of grain production,and benefiting the grain producer.This provides theoretical basis for food production in Henan province.
