加强农业科技档案管理更好地服务农业科技创新

摘要

文章在分析农业科技档案在服务农业科技创新中的重要作用基础上，结合目前农业科研单位科技档案管理工作中存在的主要问题，提出了建立完善的档案管理制度，增强档案管理意识；实行档案规范化管理，提高档案管理队伍整体素质；改进管理和服务方式，加强科技档案信息资源的开发利用等对策。%Based on the analysis of important role of agricultural scientific and technological archives, main problems existed in management of scientific and technological archives of agricultural research organizations in our country were pointed out in the paper. Countermeasures were suggested, i.e., perfecting management system of agricultural science and technology, strengthening awareness, standardizing management, raising comprehensive quality of management team, improving the management and service mode, strengthening the development and utilization of archives information resources, etc.
