新形势下农业科研单位功能定位与发展战略

摘要

Combined with innovation of concept, practice and management in agricultural technology innovation and service agriculture, farmers and rural areas by Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences in recent years, functional positioning, operating mechanism and developing strategy of academy of agricultural sciences under new situation and circumstances were systematically put forward in the paper with a new perspective.%文章结合福建省农业科学院近年来农业科技创新与服务“三农”工作的理念创新、实践创新与管理创新，以全新的视角系统化提出新形势下农业科研院所的功能定位、运行机制与发展战略。
