According to the requirements of thousands of cadres going to grass-roots activities in Hebei Province, we rooted in Zesuan Village, a typical impoverished village of western mountainous area of Xingtai to conduct a comprehensive investigation. The results showed mountainous rural economic development lagged behind, farmers' cultural level was low, arable land was less, increasing farmers' income was difficult, economic foundation was weak, etc. From the angle of developing based on advantage of mountainous areas, developing measures were put forward in the paper, i.e., developing characteristic economy crops, such as chestnut, increasing the national support, strengthening science and technology training of farmers. Such countermeasures could solve the practical problems in the countryside, which provides reference and basis for the impoverished mountainous area countryside construction and enrichment of farmers.%根据河北省万名干部下基层活动的要求,对邢台西部山区典型贫困村——泽算村进行了全面调研,发现山区农村经济发展滞后,并存在农民文化水平低、耕地少、农民增收难和经济基础薄弱等问题.文章从山区区位优势谋发展的角度,提出贫困山区应因地制宜发展板栗等特色经济作物、进一步加大国家支持力度、加强农民科技培训等发展对策,以解决农村的实际问题,从而为贫困山区农村建设及脱贫致富提供参考和理论依据.
