学科体系建设与发展是现代农业科研院所建设的重要内容之一。文章分析了加强农业科研单位学科体系建设的重要意义，并以中国农业科学院果树研究所为例，重点探讨了农业科研单位学科体系建设与发展路径的基本思路、措施以及目前存在的问题，提出进一步明确学科体系的研究方向、构建学科体系建设框架、加强学科体系的管理和团队建设、加强基础设施和科研平台建设、建立科学的绩效考核评价机制等建议，以期为农业科研院所的学科体系建设和发展路径提供借鉴。%The discipline system construction and development was one of the important contents for constructing modern agricultural science research institutions. The significance of enhancing discipline system construction in agricultural science research institutes were analyzed in this paper. Taking Institute of Pomology Research of CAAS as an example, the basic thought, measures and existing problems of discipline system construction and development paths were analyzed. Suggestions were put forward, such as further making clear of the orientation of discipline system, constructing framework of discipline system construction, strengthening the management of discipline system and construction of teamwork, strengthening building of the infrastructure and scientific platform, and setting up scientific evaluating mechanism. This paper will provide references for discipline system construction and development paths of agricultural science research institutions.
