“十二五”以来，浙江省深入实施创新驱动发展战略，农业与农村发展再上新台阶，农业的产业化、组织化、生态化水平领先全国，但同时也面临着一系列的重大课题和挑战。面对即将到来的“十三五”以及今后浙江省农业进一步转型升级的新趋势和对农业科技的新需求，浙江省农业科学院将从保障粮食安全、生态安全、农产品安全、农业转型升级及促进美丽乡村建设等方面，主动对接浙江省现代农业产业发展的科技需求，从而更好地抓住促进浙江省农业发展的新机遇，构筑新优势。%Since the "Twelfth Five-Year", Zhejiang′s deep implementation of innovation-driven development strategy has brought its agriculture and rural development to a new level, and its industrialization, organization and ecology level of agriculture has become top of the country. Facing the new trends of further transformation and upgrading of Zhejiang agriculture and new demands on agricultural science and technology in the coming "Thirteenth Five-Year", Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences will connect with the needs of modern agricultural science and technology in Zhejiang industrial development from protecting food security, ecological security, safety of agricultural products and construction of beautiful countryside etc., so as to seize new opportunities to promote agricultural development in Zhejiang and to build new advantages.
