基于政企间委托代理关系的清洁生产激励机制

摘要

为激励企业推行清洁生产,建立了政府和企业间委托代理模型,分析作为委托者的政府如何设计有效的激励机制,鼓励和引导企业进行清洁生产.通过对模型进行分析,得出最优的政府固定补贴、激励强度,以及企业所承担的风险因素.%In order to encourage enterprises to implement clean production,an principal-agent model between the government and enterprises was established to analyze how the government as a client should design an effective incentive mechanism to encourage and guide enterprises to carry out clean production.Through the analysis of the model,the optimal government subsidy and incentive intensity,as well as the risk factors assumed by the enterprises were obtained.
