基于ANSYS的阶梯轴应力集中研究

             

摘要

Aiming at the stress concentration of the stepped shaft,the influence of the diameter of the step shaft,the radius of the transition fillet and the length of the shaft section on the stress concentration factor were analyzed by theoretical calculation and ANSYS finite element modeling and it is found that the step shaft diameter and the transition fillet radius are the main factors.Through the data analysis and fitting,the stress concentration factor and the expression of the step diameter and transition fillet radius under the action of tensile load,bending load and torsional load were obtained,which could provide the theoretical basis for the design of the stepped shaft in practical engineering application.%针对阶梯轴的应力集中现象,通过理论计算和ANSYS有限元建模,分析了阶梯轴直径、过渡圆角半径和轴段长度对应力集中因数的影响,明确阶梯轴直径和过渡圆角半径起主要作用.通过数据分析,拟合得到拉伸载荷、弯曲载荷和扭转载荷单独作用下的应力集中因数与阶梯轴直径、过渡圆角半径表达式,为实际工程应用中阶梯轴的设计提供理论依据.
