面向参数化设计的结构类产品正逆向混合建模方法

     

摘要

根据参数化设计的特点,对结构类产品的正逆向混合建模方法进行了研究.以减速箱模型重建为例,使用Geomagic Studio软件将模型表面的离散型数据转化为参数化曲面,并利用参数转换功能将曲面导入SolidWorks软件,将逆向所得曲面与正向建模方法结合,获取减速箱的计算机辅助设计(CAD)模型.应用正逆向混合建模方法可以获得切合原始设计意图、具有参数化修改能力的产品CAD模型,进而支持产品的创新设计.%According to the characteristics of parametric design,the forward and reverse hybrid modeling approach of structural products were studied.Taking the reconstruction of the gearbox model as an example,the Geomagic Studio software was used to transform the discrete data of the model surface into a parametric curved surface and the parameter conversion function was used to import the curved surface into the SolidWorks software.The surface obtained in reverse was combined with the positive modeling approach to obtain the CAD model of reduction gearbox.Application of positive and reverse hybrid modeling approach can achieve the intention of original design and the CAD model of the product that is capable for parametric modification,and thus it may support the innovation design of the products.
