汽车座椅水平驱动器的双通道振动信号特征分析

         

摘要

Compared with the traditional gear box,the horizontal driver of the car seat is smaller,so that the vibration signal is weakly transmitted through the fixture and is easily disturbed or covered by the noise signal.In view of the above problems,the design mode of the fixture,the installation form and position of the vibration sensor and the path for signal propagation were studied.The finding shows that when the detecting direction of vibration sensor is in the same direction of the vibration transmission,you can ensure that the detected signal information for vibration is relatively complete.If multi-sensors are installed for fusion analysis of vibration signal data,the calculation of phase difference should be taken into account.The research findings may help for further optimization of the acquisition fixture for vibration signals of the horizontal driver.%汽车座椅水平驱动器相对于传统齿轮箱体积较小,振动信号通过夹具传播较弱,容易被噪声信号干扰或淹没.针对以上问题,研究了夹具设计方式、振动传感器安装形式和位置、信号传播途径等内容.研究表明,振动传感器检测方向与振动传递方向一致,可以保证振动信号检测信息相对完整.如果安装多传感器进行振动信号数据融合分析,则需注意相位差的计算.研究结果为水平驱动器振动信号采集夹具的进一步优化提供了帮助.
