超声振动加工铝合金时切削区域温度场的仿真研究

             

摘要

机械切削加工区温度对零件内应力和刀具寿命影响较大.为了降低切削区温度,模拟超声振动加工7075-T6铝合金,分析超声振动参数对铝合金试件加工区域温度场的影响.研究结果表明,提高超声振动频率,可以降低加工区的最高切削温度;保持其余参数不变,随着振幅的增大,加工区的最高温度有所上升;当超声振动频率大于40 kHz后,振幅对加工区最高温度的影响减弱.%The temperature in the mechanical cutting zone has great impact to the internal stress of the parts and the cutter life.In order to reduce the temperature in cutting zone,the processing of 7075-T6 aluminum alloy was simulated by ultrasonic vibration,and the influence of ultrasonic vibration parameters on the temperature field in the processing area of aluminum alloy specimen was analyzed.The findings show that increased frequency of ultrasonic vibration can reduce the maximum cutting temperature in the processing zone;if the remaining parameters are keeping unchanged,the maximum temperature of the processing zone will go up along with the increase of vibration amplitude;when the frequency of ultrasonic vibration is greater than 40 kHz,the impact of the amplitude to the maximum temperature in the processing zone is weakened.
