以双渐开线齿轮传动这一新型齿轮传动机构为研究对象,建立有限元模型,进行有限元分析,得到模态的节点相对位移云图,并分析齿轮的应力、应变与变形情况.试验结果表明,在传动过程中,双渐开线齿轮在齿顶和齿腰分阶区域受力较大.在实际加工过程中,应增大齿轮特定部位的强度,避免在易发生共振的频率内工作.所做研究与分析有助于提高双渐开线齿轮传动的准确性和安全性.%Taking the double involute gear transmission as the object for study,the finite element model was established for finite element analysis.The cloud map of relative displacement of the modal nodes was obtained and the stress,strain and deformation of the gear were analyzed.The experimental results show that the stratified region between tooth top and tooth waist of the double involute gear has more stress during transmission.In practical processing,the strength of a specific part of the gear should be enhanced and avoid to let it working within the frequency that is easy to generate resonance vibration.The research and analysis will help to improve accurate and safe transmission of double involute gears.
