In the light of the flying bank paper problem,the finite element method was used to analyze the vibration mode of the bank paper pick-up mechanism of intelligent bank paper counter,and the first four order natural frequencies and vibration modes were obtained.Analysis shows that the receiving ratchet centre shall be as close to the shaft as possible,so that bank paper will not be able to fly over due to too shallow clip in the ratchet.The insertion of a bank paper into the ratchet will result in flexural deformationto the inside,and it is more difficult to fly out upon larger deformation.According to the modal parameters,the structural parameters can also be adjusted or the resonance region can be avoided at a specific frequency,so as to avoid the vibration noise during the operation of the bank paper counter.%针对飞钞问题,采用有限元方法对智能点钞机接钞机构进行振动模态分析,获得了其前四阶固有频率和振型.分析表明,接钞爪轮中心应尽量靠近转轴,使纸币不会因卡入爪轮过浅而飞钞.纸币插入爪轮会产生向内侧的弯曲变形,变形越大则纸币越不易飞出.根据模态参数,还可调整结构参数或以特定频率避开共振区域,进而避免点钞机工作中的振动噪声问题.
