无线冲击波测试系统设计

         

摘要

To solve the problems of the universal test system emplaced inconveniently and the stored testing system need to be reclaimed,a wireless correspondence system is set up based on FP-GA chip and nRF905. Through the application of radio frequency identification technology, wireless data transmission is realized. Making use of the software platform of the LabWindows/CVI, an USB high - speed data transmission system is developed based on the CV1 multi - thread technology. The function of the shock wave test system contains data acquisition, wireless data transmission, system control. The experimental results show that the system is stable, easy to emplace, wireless data transmission reliable, able to supervise the testing spot in real time.%为解决当前冲击波场超压测量中,存在通用测试系统布设不方便、存储测试系统需要回收读数等问题,采用FPGA芯片和nRF905构建了无线通信系统,应用射频识别技术实现了无线收发数据,利用LabWindows/CVI软件平台,开发了基于CVI多线程技术的USB高速数据传输系统,形成了集数据采集、无线数据传输与系统控制于一体的冲击波测试系统.实验结果表明,系统稳定、布设方便、无线通信可靠,可对测试现场进行实时监测.
