数控加工速度前瞻及插补算法的研究

         

摘要

在保证数控加工的加工精度和速度稳定性的基础上,研究了数控机床连续直线段加工的速度前瞻和回溯优化方法.根据速度前瞻的结果和进给倍率的变化,采用直线加减速的方法进行插补;采用C++和Matlab对本算法进行了开发.仿真结果表明了算法的有效性.%In consideration of improving the machining tolerance accuracy and reliability of ve locity control,the linear continuous machining ve locity is optimized via the Look Ahead and Back Tracking algorithms.According to the maximum acceleration allowed by the machine tool and the angle of two adjacent lines the transition velocity and acceleration was proposed.Should the hard ware condition of the computer be met,the Back Tracking is ended.Considering the real-time de mand of CNC system,the interpolation is integrat ed in the Look Ahead algorithm.The simulation and analysis of the algorithmstructure and process using C+ + and Matlab helpsbetter evaluate the algorithms.
