基于OCS的塔式起重机安全监控系统设计研究

         

摘要

针对塔机生产运行的安全,研发一种基于OCS系统的小型化、自动化、智能化、无线化和网络化的塔机安全监控管理系统.系统由传感器、执行器、监控分站、通信网络和监控主机等组成,除了能够监控塔机工作时的各种实时状态之外,还把GPRS无线通信技术引入到塔机无线组网中,同时还针对系统使用者进行了相应权限级别的区分与鉴别,保护相关数据,能有效减少塔机安全事故的发生.%Developing a safety monitoring and management system based on OCS system for the tower crane safety, which based on miniaturization, automation, intelligent, wireless and networking. The safety monitoring and management system consists of sensors, actuators, control station, communication network and the monitoring station. The system can monitor the real - time state of the working tower crane. The GPRS technology is introduced to the tower crane wireless networking to validate the feasibility,and it is realized to distinguish and identify the corresponding privilege level differentiation for users of the system to protect related data. The system can decrease the safety misadventure of the tower crane.
