锻造操作机大车行走液压控制系统仿真研究

         

摘要

According to the characteristics of driving hydraulic control system of forging manip-ulator,the simulation model of the cart driving hy-draulic control system was built by the AMESim software.The influence of different load on dynam-ic characteristics of the driving system for forging manipulator was studied on the basic of the model. The results show that in the different load cases the position control accuracy and the response speed of the driving system for forging manipulator can meet the process requirements.At the same time the simulation results provide the theoretical basis of design of cart driving system for forging manipulator.%针对20 MN 锻造操作机大车行走液压控制系统的动态特性,利用 AMESim 软件建立操作机大车行走液压控制系统的仿真模型,分析了空载和额定负载工况下操作机大车行走系统的动态特性。结果表明,在空载和额定负载的工作情况下,操作机大车行走系统的位置控制精度和瞬时响应速度均能达到工艺要求。仿真结果为操作机大车行走液压控制系统的改造提供理论基础。
