基于ANSYS Workbench砌块成型机布料箱结构分析与优化设计

     

摘要

In this paper,the three dimensional model of the distribution box is established by the case comparison method,and the stress and deformation cloud images of the whole,front and back sides of the material box are obtained by static analysis in ANSYS Workbench.Taking the minimum structure size as the design obj ective,the mathematical model is established and the interior point penalty function method is used to solve the MATLAB.And the optimized model is remodeled.The results show that the structure size of the material box under the condition of deformation and stress is changed,and the total volume de-creases.%通过案例对比法,建立了布料箱的三维模型,在 ANSYS Workbench中进行静力学分析,得到了布料箱总体、前侧面、后侧面的应力云图和变形云图。以结构尺寸最小为设计目标建立优化数学模型,利用内点惩罚函数法在MATLAB中求解,并将优化后的模型重新建模。结果表明,布料箱在满足变形和应力条件下,结构尺寸有所变化,总体积减小。
