Molybdenum sheet,rolled by roller available in factory, was worse in plasticity with much defective material, which resulted in higher cost of molybdenum substrate.So it was absolutely vital to find out a feasible roller. First three-dimensional solid models of roller and Molybdenum substrate were established by CATIA.Then they were imported into DEFORM software to set material models of molybdenun under 1200t temperature.Simulation results were analyzed on basis of metal plastic forming lheory.Com pared to the existing roller,corrugated roller applied to the molybdenum sheet rolling was greater in stress under the same rolling reduction, which was helpful to improve the compactness of molybdenum substrate At the same time,mean stress applied to the molybdenum substrate by corrugated roller was more eviden than that applied to the molybdenum substrate by the existing roller.%工厂现有轧辊轧制钼板时,钼基片塑性较差,轧废现象严重,导致钼基片生产成本增大,因此觅寻合理的轧辊势在必行.通过CATIA建立轧辊和钼基片坯三维模型,然后导入DEFORM软件中,设定12006C温度下钼的材料模型.基于金属塑性成形理论对模拟的结果进行分析,在压下量相同的情况下,波纹轧辊相比于现有轧辊施加给钼板应力更大,有利于提高钼片坯致密性.于此同时,波纹轧辊施加给钼基片坯的平均应力呈压应力情况较现有的轧辊施加的要明显.
