基于复映测量的球头刀具磨损数据处理及其软件开发

         

摘要

在铣削加工中,刀具磨损对产品加工质量有重要的影响,以球头刀具磨损为研究对象,为了建立刀具磨损模型,采用复映测量手段获取刀具磨损,在复映测量获得刀具磨损的过程,针对复印测量的球头铣削刀具磨损数据提出了数据处理的方法,并以Visual C++为开发平台实现了基于复映测量的刀具磨损数据处理模块,为基于复映测量的刀具磨损建模提供了基础,所提出的刀具磨损数据处理方法可有效对刀具磨损数据进行分析建立刀具磨损模型.%In milling process,tool wear has an important influence on product quality.The paper takes tool wear of ball-end cutter as research object to establish a tool wear modeling.Tool wear can be efficiently predicted by using tool wear model in milling machining.In order to establish a tool wear model,a mapping measurement method is used to obtain tool wear.Then a data processing method for mapping measurement data is presented to analyze measurement data specific to the tool wear data and a data processing module based on tool wear mapping measurement is realized by using Visual C++ development tool,which provides a basis for tool wear modeling.The proposed tool wear data process method can efficiently analyze tool wear data and establish tool wear modeling.
