力矩电机串联式回转机构的设计与研究

         

摘要

The tandem arrangement drive style and parallel arrangement drive style of the exterior-rotor torque motor were analyzed and compared, which tandem/parallel drive technology was deeply researched. Based on the swing mechanism of the C axis of the bi-rotary milling head and the B axis of the turning-milling machining center,a high-torque swing mechanism driven by two standard exterior-rotor torque motors in tandem arrangement style was proposed.In addition , it provided effective design methods for clamping system and cooling system,which solved the low torque problem with a single standard torque motor and the high cost problem with a nonstandard torque motor in traditional direct drive rotary structure design.%对外转子式力矩电机的串联布局驱动方式和并联布局驱动方式进行了对比和分析,并对力矩电机串/并联驱动技术做了深入的研究,针对双摆角数控万能铣头的C轴和车铣复合加工中心的B轴等数控机床的回转进给机构,提出了一种利用两台标准的外转子式力矩电机串联驱动的大扭矩回转机构,并对其夹紧系统和冷却系统提出了相应的设计方案,解决了传统直驱式回转轴设计方法中存在的单一标准力矩电机驱动扭矩小和非标式力矩电机采购成本高等问题.
