基于ANSYS-APDL的真空氮化炉体结构优化设计

             

摘要

真空氮化炉体中炉壳的设计壁厚主要涉及到工作温度、真空度和炉膛尺寸等工艺要求.为了安全起见,按照传统的经验设计方法,工程中通常采用超厚壁炉体,这样不仅导致了材料的浪费,更重要的是会造成真空氮化炉热效率极低的现象(通常热效率<37%).针对真空氮化炉体设计工艺参数是变量的问题,利用ANSYS及其参数化语言对炉体结构进行优化设计.通过研究构建了真空氮化炉体相关尺寸的优化序列及曲线,与传统经验公式计算结果相比,其用材减少了13%,热效率显著提高.%The design of shell thickness of Vacuum nitriding furnace mainly involves the technologi-cal requirements such as working temperature,vacuum chamber and the size of hearth.For security purpos-es,people usually use super thick shell according to traditional methods,which results in both materials waste and also very low thermal efficiency of the vacuum nitriding furnace phenomenai usually thermal effi-ciency is lower than 37 percent).Since the design parameters of vacuum nitriding furnace are variables, it uses ANSYS parametric language to optimize the design of furnace.Through the research the optimal se-quence and curve for relevant dimensions of the vacuum nitriding furnace is constructed, which the results show after being compared with traditional experience formula, the timber is reduced significantly by 13% as well as the thermal efficiency is increased obviously.
