锁芯自动装配系统锁芯夹具的研制

摘要

为了能够使锁芯夹具可以用于多种锁芯的装配,提高锁芯自动装配系统的通用性和使用效率,对锁芯自动装配系统的锁芯夹具进行了改造.根据待装配的锁芯的形状和尺寸,设计和制造了统一的锁芯夹具和各锁芯装配时所用的辅助夹头,并对锁芯夹具和辅助夹头的设计和制造过程中需要考虑的问题进行了分析.通过各锁芯所用的辅助夹头的快速更换,实现了在同一锁芯自动装配系统完成不同锁芯的装配.应用表明,所开发的锁芯夹具和辅助夹头能确保给定的多种锁芯的自动装配.%The lock fixture of the lock auto-assembly system was renovated so that the lock fixture can be used in the assembly with multiple locks and the versatility and service efficiency of the system can be enhancedAccording to the shapes and diameters of different locks to be assembled,the lock fixture which can be used in all lock auto-assembly and the auxiliary fixtures which will be used only in a concrete lock auto-assembly were designed and manufactured.At the same time, some important problems were analyzed in the process of design and manufacturing of the lock fixture and the auxiliary fixtures.Through quick replacing of different auxiliary fixtures ,the lock auto-assembly system can be applied in the assembly of different locks.The application shows that the assembly of multiple locks can be ensured with the application of developed lock fixture and its auxiliary fixtures.
