面铣刀铣削表面微观几何形貌仿真系统

         

摘要

By taking a surface milling tool as an example for study,a corresponding mathematical model is established in the article combing the feeding way of the tool,then a milling simulation algorithm is constructed as well as the influence law of relative parameters on the surface topography,such as spindle speed,feeding speed,diameter of the tool,length of blade,number of blades,engagement and shape of blade ,where it is found that the quality of milling surface shall be improved well with the number of the blades increased. While with the same milling condition,more feeding is,more knockabout it becomes.Above all,the development of milling surface simulation system is meaningful for forecasting the roughness and improving surface quality.%以面铣刀为研究对象,结合刀具的进给方式,建立了刀具刃形的数学模型,提出了面铣削加工的仿真算法,并研究主轴转速、进给速度、刀盘直径、刀片边长、刀具刃数、吃刀量、刀片形状等参数对加工表面几何形貌的影响规律,发现铣削表面质量随刃数的增加越来越好.在同一种切削条件下,进给量越大,粗造度越大.通过开发的铣削表面几何形貌仿真系统,对铣削表面粗糙度的预测及表面质量的改善有着重要的指导意义.
