AMT车辆起步过程研究

         

摘要

车辆起步是一个靠离合器滑磨将发动机动力平缓地传递到车轮,以克服路面阻力,实现车辆由静止到运动的过渡过程.AMT换挡品质有其自身的规律、评价指标及量化参数,只有实现发动机和变速器之间的综合控制才能得到最佳的换挡品质.在AMT起步过程中,要根据车况、路况和驾驶员的驾驶意图,按一定规律控制节气门开度和离合器接合速度实现发动机和离合器的协调控制,使得车辆顺利起步.通过对AMT车辆起步过程的动力学分析和离合器接合过程的影响因素总结,提出了改善AMT车辆起步品质的一些方法.%Starting Vehicle is a transitional process that transfers the power from engine to wheels smoothly through a clutch sliding to overcome the road resisting force and achieve the movement from static state. The shift quality for ATM has its own regularity,evaluation indexes and quantization parameter.We can obtain the best shift quality,only as the combination control between engine and the transmission is realized.In the process of ATM (Automated Mechanical Transmission)starting, the vehicle condition, road condition and the driver's intension, combining with the control of Throttle Position Switch and the speed of the clutch those togather decide whether the vehicle start up successfully and harmoniously. It puts forwards some methods for improving the AMT (Automated Mechanical Transmission)vehicle starting by dynamics analyzing of AMT vehicle starting and summarizing the influencing factors of the clutch sliding process.
