The micro-structure of high temperature oxide scales under tensile load had been experimentally researched on 12CrMoV alloy in this paper,and the micro-crake ,partly shelling,break and furrow,multilayer,pervasion of high temperature oxide scales an applied stress on 12CrMoV alloy had been emphasized.After comparing the experiment results of high temperature oxidation under tensile load or without tensile load on 12CrMoV alloy,we had gotten the law about the forming, growth and shelling of high temperature oxide scales an applied stress on 12CrMoV alloy.%对12CrMoV合金钢在外加作用力时形成的高温氧化层进行微观形貌分析,着重观察氧化层的微裂纹、氧化层部分脱落、氧化层断裂、氧化层皱折、多层氧化结构、氧化向基体的扩散结构等氧化层微观形貌.从而得到12CrMoV合金钢高温氧化层在载荷作用时与没有载荷作用时的微观形貌变化规律.
