复杂机械产品性能仿真报告管理系统研究

摘要

产品性能仿真报告是项目管理和工程设计人员进行资源配置及评价改型的重要依据.根据数据快速定位、信息准确获取的要求,提出一种面向复杂机械产品的性能仿真报告自动生成解决方案.采用关系数据库与Java内容仓库联合工作的数据管理系统,构建基于SOA的复杂机械产品性能仿真报告管理系统技术构架.分析性能仿真报告的主要内容并进行分类,利用BIRT报表工具引擎封装创建报告步骤,通过Web浏览器自动生成报告.最后,通过对某型导弹弹射装置多学科性能仿真分析报告的创建表明了解决方案的有效性与实用性.%The report of product performance simulation is an important basis in resource distribution and estimate for project manager and engineer. In order to acquire data rapidly,an automated create solution of performance simulation report is presented. It can be applied not only in mechanical product but also in other fields. The technology architecture of management system for performance simulation report is constructed,which is based on SOA.And the data management is accomplished by relational database and Java content repository. The BIRT tool engines encapsulate the main step of creating report,then the performance simulation report can be demonstrated by Web browser. At last,an engineer application of multidisciplinary simulation has been implemented and it demonstrated the validity and practicability of the solution.
